What a JG fix looks like

Project stories from JG's own work will be posted here as each one is finished.

Until then, here is how a fix looks on paper.

A fix, on paper

An example written to show how JG thinks. It is not a client and it has no results.

Example, not a client

The problem

A roofing company gets quote requests by phone, text, and the website form. Nobody owns the next call. Some quotes wait for days. The owner finds out when the customer hires someone else.

What would change

Every quote gets one owner, a next step, and a date. All quotes live in one list, no matter how they came in. Sold jobs go to the crew with a checklist, so nothing is missing on day one.

What the owner would see

One view of every quote and job, who has it, and what is due. Late items stand out. The owner stops chasing people and starts checking one list.

These guides show how the problems owners bring get looked at.

This page will grow

JG will add its own project stories here as each one is finished. Only what is true gets posted, and only with the client's permission.
