This notice explains in plain words how JG Management Group LLC ("JG," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit jgmgmtgroup.com (the "Site"), use our free tools, or contact us. It should be read with our Terms and Conditions.

Who this covers

This notice covers visitors to the Site, people who use our free tools or guides, people who contact us or sign up for emails, and people who apply to our partner programs. It does not cover information we handle for a client under a signed agreement. That is covered by the agreement.

What we collect

Information you give us:

Your name, email address, phone number if you give one, job title, and business name.
Details you type into a form, like the size of your team, what keeps breaking in your business, and anything else you choose to write.
Your answers to the Operations Health Check and the Cost of Manual Work Calculator, if you submit them to get your breakdown. Numbers you type into the calculator are not sent anywhere until you submit your details.
Your choices and feedback from the Starter Fix Kit forms, including whether you are open to a follow-up or a call.
Your email address if you sign up for tips or guides.
Details you give if you apply to a partner program, such as your business, your role, and how you work with business owners.
Anything you send us by email or any other way.

Information collected automatically:

Basic technical details, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you view, the page that sent you to us, and the date and time.
Source labels from links you clicked to reach us (for example, which post or email a link came from). We may save these with your form entry so we can learn what helps people find us.
Information from cookies and similar tools, described below.

Information from other sources:

If a business owner, partner, or another professional tells us about you or your business, we may keep what they tell us so we can reach out or help.
Business details that are publicly available, such as a company website or a professional profile.

How we use it

To reply to you and deliver the free tools or guides you asked for.
To decide whether we can help with a problem you tell us about, and to set up and run calls or projects.
To send the emails you agreed to receive, like the Starter Fix Kit emails and tips.
To ask how the free tools worked for you, and to improve them and the Site.
To understand which pages, messages, and links help people find us.
To keep the Site safe, stop spam and abuse, and fix problems.
To keep records, follow the law, and protect our rights.

Email and other messages

We send marketing or tip emails to people who agreed to receive them, or where the law allows. Every marketing email has a way to unsubscribe, or you can write to info@jgmgmtgroup.com and ask us to stop. Even if you unsubscribe, we may still email you about a message, request, or project you sent us. We do not send text messages for marketing unless you clearly agree to that first.

Cookies and similar tools

This Site uses cookies and similar tools (such as small scripts and tracking pixels). Some are needed to run the Site and forms. Others help us count visits, see which pages are used, remember a form entry or a source label, and connect a form entry to our contact records. We use services from companies such as Webflow (website hosting and forms) and HubSpot (contact records, forms, and email) that may set their own cookies. You can turn cookies off or delete them in your browser, though some parts of the Site may not work as well. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out where the law requires it.

Companies that help us

We use outside companies to run the Site, collect form entries, store contact records, send email, schedule calls, and keep our systems safe. They may only use your information to provide those services to us, and they have their own privacy practices. We may also use independent specialists who help us deliver projects for clients. They are bound to keep information private and use it only for the work.

When we share information

With the companies and specialists described above.
If the law, a court, or a government agency requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of JG, our clients, or others.
If JG is sold, merged, or reorganized, information may move to the new owner.
With your permission.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share your personal information so others can market to you.
We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as the law requires. Then we delete it or remove what could identify you. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

How we protect it

We use reasonable steps to protect information, such as limiting who can see it and using trusted providers. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please do not send us passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or health information through the Site or by email.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, fix, or delete the information we have about you, to stop emailing you, or to stop using it in certain ways. You can also take back a permission you gave us. Write to info@jgmgmtgroup.com. We may need to confirm who you are first. We will answer as soon as we can, and within the time the law requires.

Privacy rights by state

Some states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and others, give residents rights over their personal information. These may include the right to know what we collect and use, to get a copy, to correct or delete it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising, and not to be treated worse for using these rights. As stated above, we do not sell personal information. To use any of these rights, write to info@jgmgmtgroup.com. If we deny a request, you may ask us to review that decision. In the last twelve months, we have collected the kinds of information listed in "What we collect" and used and shared it only as described in this notice.

Where we operate

The Site is meant for business owners and professionals in the United States. If you use it from another country, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

This Site is for business owners and professionals. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a big change, we will post a notice on the Site.
