Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and JG Management Group LLC ("JG," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply to your use of jgmgmtgroup.com (the "Site"), our free tools, guides, and emails, and any form you submit. By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is for business owners and professionals who are at least 18 years old. If you use it for a business, you say you have the right to act for that business.
JG helps owner-led businesses fix how work gets done. The Site describes our services and gives free tools and general guides. Descriptions on the Site are general. They are not an offer, and they do not promise any result, price, timeline, or fit for your business.
Using the Site, filling out a form, using a free tool, booking or having a call, or getting an email from us does not make you a client. We work with a client only under a written agreement signed by both sides that describes the work, the cost, and the terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that work.
Everything on the Site, including blog posts, guides, checklists, scores, and estimates, is general information for education. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, employment, or HR advice. Please talk to a qualified professional before you make decisions in those areas. Blog posts reflect JG's views on the date shown and may be out of date. Examples, sample messages, and sample numbers in posts are illustrations only. They are not real clients, and they are not promises. JG does not provide those professional services unless a signed agreement says so.
The Operations Health Check, the Cost of Manual Work Calculator, the Starter Fix Kit, and other free tools give results based only on the answers and numbers you enter. The results are estimates meant to help you think. They may be wrong or may not fit your business. They do not promise any savings, growth, or outcome, and you should not rely on them as the only basis for a decision. We may change or remove a tool at any time.
Every business is different. Results depend on many things, including your people, your choices, and your market. We do not guarantee any specific result, including more revenue, lower costs, saved time, or growth.
You agree that you will not:
You are responsible for what you send us and you promise you have the right to send it. You give JG permission to use what you send to reply to you, run our tools, and carry out the purposes in our Privacy notice. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health information, or other sensitive information through the Site or by email. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
The Site, including its text, guides, checklists, tools, designs, names, logos, and layout, belongs to JG or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive permission to view the Site and to use the free tools and guides for your own internal business use. You may print or share a guide with people inside your business as long as you keep our name and notices on it. You may not sell it, change it, or present it as your own. We keep all rights not clearly given here. "JG Management Group" and our logos are ours, and you may not use them without our written permission.
If you give us your email address, you agree we may email you what you asked for and, where the law allows, related tips and information. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by writing to info@jgmgmtgroup.com. We may still send messages about a request or agreement. We do not send marketing text messages unless you clearly agree to that first.
The Site has pages for referral, delivery, and community partners. Applying does not create a partnership, employment, agency, joint venture, or any right to payment. A partner relationship exists only under a separate written agreement signed by JG. Partners may not speak for JG or make promises for us unless we agree in writing.
The Site may link to or use services from other companies, such as website hosting, forms, scheduling, and email tools. Blog posts name outside articles, studies, and tools as sources. We list them so you can read the original. Naming a source does not mean that the source or its owner endorses JG, or that JG endorses them. Where a post gives a figure from an outside source, we have not always checked it at its original source, and the post says so when that is the case. Weekly numbers, checklists, schedules, and rules that are not credited to a source are JG's own suggestions, not industry standards. We do not control outside sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Using them is at your own risk.
We try to keep the Site working, but we do not promise it will always be available, on time, or free of errors. We may change, pause, or stop any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also block or limit access for anyone who breaks these Terms.
THE SITE, THE FREE TOOLS, AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, JG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE OR TOOLS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, JG AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR FREE TOOLS, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY COULD HAPPEN. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE OR FREE TOOLS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. Work done for a client is covered only by the signed agreement for that work.
You agree to defend and hold harmless JG and its owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) that come from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, what you send us, or your violation of any law or another person's rights.
If you believe something on the Site infringes your rights, write to info@jgmgmtgroup.com with the page address, a description of the material, your contact details, and why you believe it is not allowed. We will review it and may remove it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which JG Management Group LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, please write to info@jgmgmtgroup.com first so we can try to settle it informally. If we cannot settle it within 30 days, either side may bring the claim in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you agree to those courts' authority. Each side agrees to bring claims only on its own behalf and not as part of a class or group action, to the extent the law allows.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the new Terms.
If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written permission, but we may transfer ours. These Terms and our Privacy notice are the whole agreement between you and JG about the Site, and replace earlier statements about it. You agree we may give you notices by email or by posting on the Site.
