Is the price fixed?
The amounts shown are starting points. After we look at your workflow and systems, we confirm a written scope and price before any work begins.
Do I have to buy the assessment first?
No. The Operations Control Assessment is for complex problems that need broader investigation. It is not a required step before the Lead-to-Job Fix.
Will I need to buy new software?
Not automatically. We start with the tools you already use. If a change is worth considering, any system or subscription costs outside the agreed scope are identified clearly.
Do you guarantee results?
No. JG improves how your process runs, with defined deliverables and testing. We do not guarantee revenue, conversion rates, or labor savings.
What happens after the project?
You receive the agreed documentation and handoff, plus any post-launch support defined in your scope. Ongoing help is available separately if you want it.
